Thank you for choosing Articon. All products purchased from Articon come with a minimum one-year warranty, effective from the day of product receipt.

Our warranty is designed to uphold the quality and performance of our products. It is important to note that the warranty does not extend to instances of willful misuse or neglect by the user, nor does it cover the natural wear and tear of parts over time, or damage incurred during transit after dispatch from our warehouse.

Specifically, the warranty addresses manufacturing defects and any failure of the product to perform as advertised by Articon when used correctly.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim:

To file a warranty claim, kindly email us at hello@articontools.com, providing the following information:

• Your Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Invoice/Order Number
• Detailed Description of the Claim: Please furnish comprehensive information about the issue, its cause, and any relevant details. The more precise your response, the better we can assist you promptly.
• Supporting Documentation: Include photos and/or videos to substantiate your warranty claim. If file uploads are not feasible, please indicate so in the claim field, and we will arrange an alternative method.

Upon submitting your warranty claim, our dedicated Customer Service Team will acknowledge receipt via email and provide instructions for the subsequent steps.

If your warranty claim is determined to be valid, it may necessitate the return of the entire product, specific parts, or components.

We are committed to expediting the processing of your warranty request. Our Customer Experience team will communicate the current timeframe for resolution within 2 business days of form completion. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to address your concerns.
